SHIPPING and HANDLINGYour photos are individually printed to order. The ink dries nearly instantly to the touch, but solvents should cure at least 12 hours before shipping. If you paid by credit card on PayPal, in some cases your order will be shipped within a day or two of receipt. I will send you an email when your order is mailed, and will notify you immediately if I anticipate a problem shipping your order within 3 business days. My goal is prompt, efficient service. Each photo is individually enclosed in a clear, acid- and lignin-free envelope prior to shipping. Photos printed on 13x19 paper are then carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard shipping tubes. Several photos (including smaller photos accompanying 13x19 orders) may be included in one tube, but each will have their own protective clear envelope. Remove the photos from the tube as soon as you get them, and store them flat. Papers sized 11x14 or smaller are shipped flat in hard-sided envelopes. All shipping is via USPS unless you make arrangements otherwise. Packages heavier than 13 ounces are shipped Priority Mail. All others are mailed 1st Class. You should expect your package within two weeks after placing the order, but hopefully closer to 7-10 business days. Shipping/handling charges: $4.00 flat fee regardless of the number or size of images ordered. This will cover shipping to anywhere in the 50 United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other non-continental US addresses, including AFO/APO addresses. We're happy to ship our photographs to our military members stationed overseas. Other international destinations (including Canada) are available upon request, but inquire about shipping charges first. |
